The plush carpet comes vacuum sealed, it is normal to see some creases. Maybe you need to wait 1 or 2 days until it fluffy up.

 

Size error:

Because the carpet is a soft material, it will stretch when it is cut. With the hemming process, the actual size of the carpet will have an error of about 2-5cm. Please be aware of it before purchasing.
